The Beginning - Deposit Paid 8-4-17

Hello Folks, We have purchased land and paid our initial deposit with Clarendon Homes to build the Armadale 41 plan. So I am starting a blog to keep record of timeline and help provide information for others pursuing the same journey as us. We are due to get the soil tests etc and final costings soon. It has been a fairly long process to get to this stage, mostly due to some unique requirements for us but I can explain that down the track. We are dealing with the Rochedale display consultant, so far he has been very good and knowledgeable.
